Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Boulevard Psychiatry & Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling by exploring clients’ thoughts and feelings, while equipping them with coping strategies tailored to their situations.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to devise individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to track client progress, ensuring treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your role will be working with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a range of mental health challenges. Our treatment programs are designed specifically for this demographic, providing holistic and evidence-based care in an outpatient setting. Qualifications\n

We require candidates to possess a Master’s Degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy. Additionally, you must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
