Remote Oncology Registrar Certified - Oncology Outcomes Management Kettering Health Main Campus | Kettering, Ohio | Full-Time | First Shift Responsibilities Interpret and abstract data (clinical, demographic, etc.) from the electronic medical record for malignant and non‑malignant tumors into the network cancer registry database in accordance with guidelines set forth by national standard setters and the cancer reporting legal requirements from the State of Ohio. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Associate degree in a healthcare field, required (degree must include medical terminology, pharmacology, and at least 2 seasons of human anatomy and physiology). Minimum Work Experience 2‑5 years cancer registry experience is preferred, especially in a healthcare system or network cancer registry structure. Required Licenses [Ohio, United States] Cancer Registrar ODS (Oncology Data Specialist) credential by the National Cancer Registrar’s Association, required.
