This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• Average Weekly Gross $1,807.69 Per Week

• Average Yearly Gross $94,000.00 Per Year

• CPM $0.670 - $0.710 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $15.00 Per Hour

• Drop/Hook Pay $15.00 Per Stop

• Holiday Pay $200.00 Per Day

• New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day

• Outsource Rate $350.00 Per Day

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Stop Pay $25.00 Per Stop
