Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT license in Maine
• Travel experience

• Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Weekend requirement: none
• Call requirement: none
• Float requirement: none
• EMR: EPIC

Location Highlights

Farmington, Maine offers access to both outdoor recreation and a walkable small-town setting.
