Java Developer
Job Location: Hoboken NJ Job Type: Full-Time
Role & Responsibilities
Analyze the requirements and translate into high level and low level designs
Create Software Requirement Specifications
Coach/ support development team's questions and resolve conflict regarding features and requirements
Provides technical support to clients on existing problems escalated as appropriate
Provide effort estimation for development team
Analyze change request entries and prioritize with other product backlog items and take ownership of delivery
Works with team to develop project/release plans and communicate software development plans
Release coordination
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Oracle WebLogic server, Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, SQL, JQuery, CSS3, XHTML
7+ years of experience in design and development of multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications, preferably in cross-browser environments
Good understanding for CI/CD process
Experience in using tools like JIRA and BitBucket
Experience in Onsite/Offshore team coordination
Experience in requirement gathering, requirement understanding, code review, defect fixing and business user support
