Key Responsibilities

• Interpret physician orders and request clarification as necessary
• Administer and interpret tests and measurements for patients
• Review patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Develop functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations
• Develop, improve, or restore patient skills in activities of daily living, work, or other productive activities

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Michigan
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
• Ability to interpret and carry out physician orders accurately

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient therapy setting
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience developing individualized treatment plans and functional goals
