Facilities Technician - Plano, TX Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Facilities Technician. Position Type: Full-time Contract, Possible Contract to Hire Duration: 12 months. Location: Plano, TX 75074. Shift: 9/80 Reg 7:00AM - 4:30PM M-Th & 7:00AM-3:30PM for Friday. Responsibilities Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, etc.). Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Under supervision, uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, drawings, and specifications. Ideal Candidate High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience. This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range: $20 to $22 per hour.
