Lead Mechanical Engineer

An innovative and rapidly growing advanced energy technology company is seeking a hands-on Lead Mechanical Engineer to help build and lead its Mechanical Engineering function. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and integration of complex mechanical systems and equipment Provide technical leadership for pressure vessels, piping systems, heat exchangers, process systems, and plant equipment Support equipment specification, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation, and commissioning activities Apply industry codes and engineering standards to ensure safe and compliant designs Mentor engineers and help establish engineering best practices, standards, and processes Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and project teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline 10+ years of relevant engineering experience Strong experience with mechanical systems, process systems, plant systems, pressure vessels, piping, or related equipment Familiarity with ASME codes and industry standards Demonstrated technical leadership and project ownership Experience in nuclear, power generation, aerospace, defense, oil & gas, shipbuilding, EPC, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable Why Consider This Opportunity?
