Job Title: Parts Associate

Job Description

The Parts Associate supports mechanics and maintenance teams by managing parts inventory, fulfilling work orders, and ensuring the timely availability of materials required for vehicle and equipment repairs. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations by accurately tracking stock levels, coordinating parts distribution, and maintaining organized storage systems.

Pay: $21/hr

Shift:  First (1st) shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday OR 2:30pm - 1:30am, Monday - Friday (could be both)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all parts, tools, and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Organize and label inventory in storerooms and storage areas.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.

Essential Skills

• Experience with inventory management and general labor.
• Proficiency in warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ability to perform data entry and manage parts inventory.
• Experience with cycle counts and stocking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Bridgewater, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
