Responsibilities
- Compound, prepare, mix, manufacture and dispense medicines with a high level of technical and organizational skill.
- Apply critical thinking to clinical and operational pharmacy tasks.
- Oversee proper handling, usage and storage of drugs within the pharmacy.
- Maintain departmental standards and translate policies/procedures into daily operation and clinical activities.
- Supervise and train assigned technical personnel and manage technical support activities within the pharmacy department.

Requirements
- Supervisory experience or ability to supervise and train assigned technical personnel.
- Strong technical and organizational skills for compounding, preparation, and dispensing of medicines.
- Ability to oversee proper handling, usage and storage of drugs in the pharmacy.
- Capacity to translate policies and procedures into daily operations and clinical activities.
- Effective critical thinking and decision-making skills.
