- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions
- Provide individual and family counseling
- Complete clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team
- Coordinate referrals and discharge planning as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with state and federal confidentiality laws (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)
- Active and unrestricted license as one of the following:
- LCPC
- LCSW-C
- LCAC-AD
- Experience working with substance use disorders required
- Experience in Intensive Outpatient or similar level of care preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, MI, relapse prevention, trauma-informed care)
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience facilitating process and psychoeducational groups
- Experience with co-occurring mental health disorders
- Knowledge of ASAM criteria
