Meridian Global Staffing Solutions is currently seeking experienced and dependable Warehouse Associates for immediate full-time opportunities in Staten Island, NY.
We are looking for hardworking individuals with previous warehouse or distribution center experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with plumbing supplies or in a plumbing distribution warehouse is required.
Responsibilities
- Pick, quality check, and load orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory functions
- Verify products and orders for accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience required
- Plumbing supply or plumbing distribution warehouse experience required
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
Available Shifts
AM Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
PM Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM until completion, typically between 12:00 AM–2:00 AM
Overtime is available. Candidates must be willing to work overtime based on operational needs.
