Hospital Business Development Director
ABWA
Encompass Health is seeking a Hospital Business Development Director to lead growth for our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. In this role, you will design and execute strategic plans to increase referrals, admissions, and market share across key service lines. You’ll build strong partnerships with physicians, case managers, payers, and community organizations, while analyzing market data to identify opportunities. Working closely with clinical and executive leaders, you will align growth initiatives with quality care, oversee outreach efforts, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
