The role: Assistant to Manager – We're looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support one of our managers. You'll keep schedules, communications, and daily operations running smoothly, coordinating as needed for artist marketing plans, tours, and campaigns. Responsibilities include... Responsibilities: Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, calls, and travel Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Support artist marketing plans, tours, and campaigns alongside day-to-day managers and staff Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents Coordinate special projects, events, and vendor/partner relationships Compile research and data to support decision-making Manage expense reports, filing systems, and contact databases Circulate weekly or monthly recaps to key stakeholders Handle confidential information with discretion Requirements: Prior internship or work experience in the music industry Passion for music and genuine familiarity with the business Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and external partners Comfort managing a high-volume workload across multiple priorities An intuitive, anticipatory approach and strong independent problem-solving Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends Proficiency in Google Suite; willingness to learn task management tools and Photoshop Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information Location: This position will be based out of our Brooklyn or Nashville office, or will work remotely from Los Angeles. #J-18808-Ljbffr ROSTR, Inc.
