Location: Semmes Full-time – Non-exempt - Day Shift Part-time – Non-exempt - Day Shift Reports to: Fulfillment Center Supervisor Essential Functions of the Role Duties and Responsibilities Support the fulfillment center team in executing on the daily workload. Strive to meet personal and group performance goals. Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention. Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsCore Competencies Skills, Talents, Personal Attributes and Experience High School Diploma or GED. Previous fulfillment center/order picking experience is a plus but not required. High physical and mental energy. Demonstrates initiative and takes responsibility for the quality and quantity work. Reliable team player who contributes to a positive, can-do work culture. Able to learn new skills quickly and help others to do the same; embraces change. Requires walking primarily on a level surface for extended periods of time throughout the day. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift. Physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with a fulfillment center operation. Compensation and Benefits $12.36 up to $20.16 depending upon completing training and developing new skills.
