Step into a rewarding contract position as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting elementary-aged students and helping foster communication skills that pave the way for academic and social success. This maternity coverage runs from August 17, 2026, to November 9, 2026, serving a resource-level caseload at a welcoming elementary school setting. The role is exclusively onsite, providing you with daily opportunities to collaborate with dedicated faculty and engage directly with students.

The full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:40pm, allowing for consistent work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current, valid SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience in school-based settings, especially elementary, is a plus
• Knowledge of IEP procedures, progress monitoring, and individualized therapy
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Organized, proactive, and committed to high-quality student care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students, resource level
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and families to support student growth
• Complete student evaluations, data collection, and progress documentation
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
