Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Competitive Benefits

Are you a strategic relationship builder with a proven track record of winning business in the construction industry?

We're seeking a high-impact Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives, cultivate key client relationships, and drive revenue across a dynamic and growing organization.

What You'll Do:

✅ Identify and secure new business opportunities

✅ Build and strengthen relationships with owners, designers, and industry partners

✅ Develop and execute strategic business development plans

✅ Lead pursuit strategies, proposals, and presentations

✅ Collaborate with executive leadership to drive regional growth

✅ Represent the company at industry events and within the community

✅ Help shape the future of major projects across key markets

What We're Looking For:

✔ 10+ years of construction industry experience

✔ Strong business development and strategic planning expertise

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

✔ Existing relationships within Higher Education, Healthcare, and/or Mission Critical sectors highly preferred

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
