Nurse Supervisor

Nurse Supervisor (Full-Time) – Night Shift Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care during nighttime shifts. Liaise between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services for assigned shifts. Manage staff through feedback, evaluations, counseling, and discipline. Provide patient care as needed and build relationships with patients. Celebrate patient progress and milestones. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. BLS certification; ACLS certification within one year of hire. CRRN certification within one year of meeting eligibility. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred. At least two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting. Prior leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity.
