Certified Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities Setup and operate various types of respiratory care equipment for residentdiagnosis and treatment Performspatient assessment and develops a comprehensive care plan Modifiestherapy plan to maximize efficacy of the therapy regimen Reviewdata in the resident record including history, lab data, radiological studies,progress notes, respiratory and cardiovascular monitoring data Document/recordrespiratory therapy data Administerand modify various respiratory therapy procedures Assessresident’s overall status and progress Educateresidents and/or family members on how to properly take medication and useequipment Assistin respiratory therapy practices under the supervision and guidance of a RRT Performany services and assignments within the scope of practice of a CRT Certified Respiratory Therapist Requirements Valid,current NYS license CertifiedRespiratoryTherapist credential as per the NBRC Preferred Previousexperience in long term care What We Offer Competitivepay scale Medicaland dental coverage 401k Paidtime off CEUeligible training programs Ongoingleadership and professional development training Dedicatedand local leadership support #J-18808-Ljbffr The Allure Group
