Leveraging your multifamily underwriting expertise, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Sales to ensure the platform accurately reflects real-world underwriting practices while helping clients maximize its value.This role combines underwriting expertise, financial modeling, product collaboration, and client enablement. You will support client implementations, own the underwriting model and QuickSync process, validate new product functionality, and collaborate across teams to continuously improve the platform. You'll also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.What You Will Achieve Serve as the underwriting subject matter expert for the Radix Underwriting platform, developing deep expertise in the platform's underwriting methodology, assumptions, calculations, QuickSync process, and overall functionality.Own, maintain, validate, troubleshoot, and continuously enhance the underwriting model to ensure accuracy, consistency, scalability, and alignment with multifamily underwriting best practices.Configure, validate, and optimize client underwriting models and lead QuickSync implementations, supporting successful onboarding while developing customized solutions for more complex client needs.Partner closely with Product and Engineering to validate new functionality, test financial calculations, and ensure product enhancements accurately reflect real-world multifamily underwriting practices.Support Client Success and Sales during complex client engagements by providing underwriting expertise, validating financial outputs, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and supporting discussions related to custom underwriting models and integrations.Analyze underwriting assumptions, including revenue, operating expenses, occupancy, rent growth, financing structures, valuation inputs, and investment cash flows, to identify opportunities to improve model accuracy, consistency, and platform capabilities.Develop documentation, best practices, and repeatable processes that strengthen model governance, improve knowledge sharing, and support long-term scalability.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, leveraging automation and AI, and reducing manual effort across underwriting, QuickSync, and client onboarding.Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Client Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to resolve complex questions, support client success, and continuously improve the Radix Underwriting platform.Build strong client relationships through clear, professional communication, proactively ensuring product value realization, and identifying opportunities for additional training and support.Stay current on multifamily underwriting trends, best practices, and industry standards to help ensure the platform continues to evolve alongside customer needs.What Makes You a Strong Fit 3+ years of experience in multifamily underwriting, commercial real estate, acquisitions, lending, brokerage, financial modeling, or related analytical field.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling, scenario analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, and model optimization.Strong understanding of multifamily underwriting concepts, investment analysis, and real estate financial statements.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including internal stakeholders and clients.Proven ability to manage competing priorities while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning, process improvement, and solving complex analytical problems.Preferred QualificationsExperience underwriting multifamily real estate investments.Experience working with or supporting PropTech, financial software, or SaaS products.Familiarity with real estate investment metrics including NOI, cap rates, IRR, cash flow modeling, rent growth, occupancy, operating expenses, and valuation methodologies.Experience supporting software implementations, product validation, or user acceptance testing.Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytical tools.Experience working in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.Why You Will Love Working HereComprehensive BenefitsMedical, dental and vision coverage designed to support your wellbeing.Uncapped Paid Time OffWe trust you to take the time you need to recharge and do your best work.Pre-IPO EquityMeaningful ownership with the potential to grow right alongside Radix.Performance BonusRewarded for the impact you drive, not just tasks completed.Learn From the BestWork shoulder-to-shoulder with industry experts, innovative operators, and leaders shaping the future of multifamily.Build Category-Defining ProductsJoin us during a high-velocity, post–Series A growth stage where your ideas influence the market, not just the roadmap.Radix does not accept unsolicited resumes or candidate submissions from staffing or recruiting agencies.
