RN First Assistant

UF Health seeks an experienced RN First Assistant to join the Durbin Park Operating Room team. In this full-time role, you’ll provide first-assist care during surgical procedures, supporting surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, and suturing while ensuring patient safety and adherence to sterile technique. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR team, contribute to pre- and post-operative care, and document accurately in the EMR. UF Health offers a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment with strong support for professional growth, continuing education, and participation in evidence-based practice and quality initiatives.
