ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Ive been a State Farm agent for seven years and have been with State Farm for nearly 12 years, starting my career right out of college. Growing up locally and graduating from Unioto High School, Ive always had strong ties to this community and enjoy serving the people who live here.

Outside of the office, I stay active in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, local athletics like the YMCA basketball league, and the running community. Being involved locally is something I truly value.

Shane Maier - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
