Job Summary:
Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) position in a hospital setting. This 8-week assignment offers an opportunity to work in a Level 1 Trauma Institution, providing specialized care for cardiac, post-procedure, and complex medical patients. The role involves night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a consistent schedule and clinical responsibilities aligned with the facility's standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, Weekends, and Holidays; 12-hour shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active RN License, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Medical Alarm (MAB) or Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification, LA City Fire & Life Safety Card, and completion of LA County Employee Health Clearance prior to start date. Must have at least 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical or Telemetry experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiac patients, post-procedure cardiac recovery, arrhythmias, heart failure exacerbations, ECG/EKG monitoring, and rhythm interpretation.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be fully committed to the entire 8-week assignment. Certifications must be obtained prior to start and profiles submitted promptly. EMR used is Cerner.
• Assignment Dates: 10/19/2026 through 12/12/2026
• Travel Required: No
