Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure health and safety of individuals
• Provide emergency support when necessary
• Participate as a team member
• Assist individuals with supporting their goals
• Assist with daily living skills such as personal hygiene care, shopping, laundry and meal preparation
• Transportation to doctor appointments, other programs, employment, etc.
• Documentation on online system required
• Ability to read and implement and Individual Support Plan (ISP)

Job Requirements:

• Driver's License, Social Security Card and High School / GED diploma for pre-employment review
• Operational Vehicle
• Vehicle Registration
• Vehicle Insurance
• Pre-Employment Criminal Background, Physical Examination, TB Test, Drug-Screen
• Ability to be in the group home for 24 hours - 6am to 10pm regular hours and 10pm to 6am sleep time.
