Job Title Independently Licensed Therapist Location Tucson, AZ Job Type Full-time Description Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other behavioral health services throughout Arizona. We are currently hiring a dynamic Independently Licensed Therapist to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services at our Tucson, AZ location. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include completing initial and ongoing assessments of clients assigned to your panel, providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintaining client-related paperwork (diagnosis billing, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms), evaluating physical and/or mental conditions through review and observation, referring members to community resources and internal services as necessary, engaging in population health, maintaining confidentiality of records per HIPAA requirements, assessing risk of harm to self and others, providing evidence-based interventions, and conducting reviews and sign-offs on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of associate level staff. Additional responsibilities as appropriate.
