Custodian

Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, sanitizing bathrooms, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Responsibilities may include performing routine maintenance activities and notifying management of needed repairs.

Specific Responsibilities:

Clean floors by sweeping, mopping scrubbing, or vacuuming them,

Gather and empty trash.

Service, clean, and supply restrooms,

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.

Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Mix water and chemicals in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
