RN Supervisor Evening Shift/Full Time

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our evening shift team at the Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in New Haven, Connecticut. Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care

Provide direct patient care and support as needed, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans

Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive and respectful work environment

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and implement best practices in patient care

Collaborate with other departments, such as social work, therapy, and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents

Manage and coordinate the scheduling of staff, ensuring adequate coverage and maintaining efficient workflow

Participate in on-call coverage and provide emergency support as needed
