About the Role $10,000 Sign On Bonus Tuesday to Saturday - 3:00p.m. - 11:15p.m. As an LPN Shift Supervisor at Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents. Your duties will include: Conducting daily rounds to ensure resident care is being provided in accordance with established protocols Identifying and addressing resident needs, concerns, and complaints Maintaining accurate records and reports of resident care and service Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of care and services Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and communication With every step, you’ll find our Long Island assisted living community luxurious and elegant .
