Responsibilities- Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to discover and understand their needs.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals that align with company goals.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Insurance experience or a P&C license is a plus, but were willing to train the right person.
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and possess a client-focused mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and challenges effectively.
