REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan Officer preferred Current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including but not limited to RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending Knowledge of loan processing/collection software required Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks Excellent organizational skills Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

Degree preferred but not required
