We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be a primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service and satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional technical solutions. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for all client enquiries, providing prompt and effective support via email, phone, and our ticketing system. Professionally manage and resolve client issues, escalating complex technical queries to the relevant internal teams when necessary. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client communications and activities within our CRM system. Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively address client questions and support their needs. Proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our enterprise clients. Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve our products, services, and overall customer experience. Assist with the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive transition. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or account management role, preferably within a B2B or technology company. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and personable demeanour. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find effective solutions for clients. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in standard office software and experience using CRM systems.
