The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant at Aircraft Spruce and Specialty supports the marketing team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and maintaining marketing materials. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software. Based in Corona, California, the position offers an excellent opportunity to develop marketing knowledge within a leading general aviation parts distributor while reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and review new vendor setup information, including product specs and digital assets
• Assist in managing company marketing funnel: social media, website content, email marketing, and advertising
• Maintain and update inventory of sales support materials and coordinate creation of new resources
• Support gift card fulfillment and reconciliation processes
• Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by assembling requirements
• Provide marketing tracking and research by analyzing data and trends
• Collaborate with marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational goals
• Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to stay updated on job knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent
• Over 2 years of office experience in an administrative role; marketing experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• 1–2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML are pluses
• Knowledge of online marketing platforms including SEM, SEO, SMM, and WordPress web development a plus!
• Ability to type 60 words per minute
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Lifelong learner interested in acquiring new skills and techniques
