WelderOur Cedar Falls, Iowa manufacturing client is looking to hire a welder for their first shift operations. This is a first shift position and pay is commensurate with experience. Subject to a drug screening and background check.Key Qualifications & Requirements:1+ years of experience in welding in a manufacturing environment.Ability to read blueprints.Proficient in measuring and calculating fractions, decimals.Must be able to utilize various measurement tools including but not limited to square, angle square, calipers, tape measure.Use of wrenches, air tools, hand held grinders, overhead cranes, steel handling andResponsibilities:Welder for large and small weldments.Must be able to layout parts and fabricate as needed, read prints.Must be able to pass a weld test.Must be able to produce all parts as per blueprint requirements in a timely manner to meet production schedule.Must be able to keep work area clean and organized.
