Bonsai Builders is looking for a skilled, licensed Master Electrician to join our growing design-build remodeling team. We specialize in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations throughout Massachusetts, and we're seeking an electrician who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, professional communication, and doing things the right way.

What You'll Do 

• Perform residential electrical installations, service upgrades, remodel wiring, panel replacements, and troubleshooting 
• Lead and oversee electrical work on remodeling and renovation projects 
• Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts electrical codes and safety standards 
• Coordinate with project managers and homeowners throughout the project lifecycle 
• Pull permits and manage electrical inspections as needed 
• Mentor apprentices and support the development of junior electricians 
• Assist with estimating and project planning when necessary 
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite 

What We're Looking For 

• Massachusetts Master Electrician License (required) 
• Strong residential remodeling experience 
• Ability to read plans and coordinate work with other trades 
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Professional appearance and customer communication skills 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
• Self-motivated, dependable, and highly organized 
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
