Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, using validated tools and methodologies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Narrative Therapy.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to discuss client progress and ensure integrated care strategies.
• Educate and support clients' families, fostering their involvement in the therapeutic process and promoting understanding of mental health issues.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, training sessions, and research to stay updated on the latest trends in mental health counseling.
