Overview
Optimum Performance Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and is a great opportunity for both experienced Physical Therapists and motivated new graduates looking to grow in a collaborative outpatient environment.
Our Physical Therapists evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and work closely with our providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients to identify functional limitations and treatment needs
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate
- Educate patients regarding exercises, mobility, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Complete accurate and timely evaluations, progress notes, and discharge documentation
- Maintain documentation in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans, goals, and progress
- Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists, PTAs, rehab aides, and other members of the clinical team
- Provide appropriate supervision and direction to PTAs and rehab aides when applicable
- Maintain a professional, safe, and patient-focused treatment environment
- Follow clinic policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Participate in team communication and meetings related to patient care and clinic operations
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Professional, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Excellent patient care and bedside manner
- Organized and able to manage a patient caseload effectively
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Interest in professional growth within an expanding practice
Compensation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00+ per year for full-time, depending on performance and productivity
Starting Base Salary: $85,000 annually for full-time
Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonus opportunities
