Production Machine Operator

Location: Rogers, MN

Wage: $20 - $21/hr

Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
3rd Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
12-Hour Rotating Shifts: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm or 9:00 pm - 9:00 am
Overtime and weekend work may be required

Duties of the production machine operator:

Operate production equipment and monitor machine performance
Load, unload, rack, and package metal products
Grind, deburr, polish, and finish metal components
Inspect parts for quality and follow production specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements of the production machine operator:

Manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience
Ability to read a tape measure, use basic hand tools, and perform basic math
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand throughout the shift
Steel-toe boots, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check, drug test, and E-Verify process
