Base Salary: $195,000 – $210,000 + Competitive Bonus

Due to continued growth and the increasing impact of AI on the music, recording, and publishing industries, our client is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Washington, DC or New York-area office.

This highly respected firm handles sophisticated litigation matters involving copyright, trademark, brand protection, royalty disputes, and other cutting-edge issues affecting the entertainment and publishing industries. Associates work directly with partners and clients, gaining meaningful responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Represent major players in the music, recording, and publishing industries in complex litigation matters
\n
• Handle high-profile disputes involving copyrights, trademarks, royalties, and brand protection
\n
• Gain hands-on experience at every stage of litigation
\n
• Collaborate closely with accomplished lawyers in a supportive, team-oriented environment
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 2–4 years of strong litigation experience
\n
• Outstanding academic credentials
\n
• Experience at a highly regarded law firm
\n
• Federal clerkship strongly preferred
\n
• Experience in, or a demonstrated interest in, copyright, trademark, and other soft IP litigation is highly desirable
\n

Compensation
