This restaurant is locally owned and operated by Julian Good, who started as a team member selling chicken sandwiches on the front counter of neighboring CFA Batavia. Julian is dedicated to nurturing the growth of team members, the St. Charles community, and the Chick-fil-A brand. Our Front of House Team Members or FOH TMs are the face of our restaurant and are entrusted with providing unrivaled hospitality to our customers. A FOH TM should have a positive attitude, like to smile, and enjoy working as a team! They also should enjoy sunshine as our FOH TMs get to work outside daily in our Drive-Thru. No prior experience or education is required for the role. Requirements include being 16 years and older and being able to easily communicate with customers.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 40 per week
