About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented In-House Cleaner to join our Facilities team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for completing janitorial service requests and maintaining the cleanliness of our properties to Uptown's high standards.

Schedule & Availability

Full-time position

What You'll Do

Cleaning & Property Upkeep (40%)

• Maintain cleanliness of interior common areas and shared spaces
• Ensure properties consistently meet Uptown's standards

Work Orders & Productivity (30%)

• Complete assigned janitorial service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity

Equipment & Supplies (10%)

• Maintain cleaning vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Keep storage areas organized and stocked

Additional Responsibilities (20%)

• Assist team members with work orders as needed
• Travel between properties to complete tasks
• Use internal systems to track work order status and time

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of janitorial or cleaning experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Professional communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
