Responsibilities General accounting support General administrative support for the GM and team Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems, with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Compensation $22.50 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
