responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site QA/QC processes throughout construction, reviewing contractor Quality Management Plans (QMPs) and inspection test plans while fostering an Injury-Free Environment.

• Conduct comprehensive project audits against Our Client's governing standards and specifications, auditing contractor certifications and tracking non-conformances through closure.

• Consolidate and evaluate quality metrics using PowerBI and internal reporting tools, preparing detailed audit summaries and data-driven insights to maintain strict process adherence.

• Partner actively with design, construction, commissioning, procurement, and operations stakeholders during OAC and weekly quality meetings to resolve issues and manage project change.

• Train and mentor project staff to ensure consistent execution, applying disciplined problem-solving (Plan, Do, Check, Act) to error-proof workflows and elevate the overall quality culture.
