Project Coordinator

Responsibilities Support project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of client-facing and internal initiatives Bridge communication between stakeholders Document business requirements Manage project schedules Ensure smooth coordination across functional teams Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements Support project planning activities including scheduling, resource coordination, and task tracking Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-up and closure Prepare project documentation such as meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans Support risk, issue, and change management processes Monitor project progress against established timelines and escalates risks or blockers as needed Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables Assist with process improvement initiatives and support the development of best practices for project management and business analysis Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, technical writing or similar role Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Confluence) Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches) Ability to obtain a security clearance Preferred Skills: Experience supporting government or federal IT projects Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or MS Project Ability to obtain Business Analysis or Project Management certification (e.g., CBAP, CAPM, PMP) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
