Utility Operator

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the- art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise. As part of our production team, our Production Associates and Utility Operators are responsible for overseeing the critical process of creating our product from casting, forming, and operating the furnaces. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our output and production and take ownership of your part of the process. Responsibilities: Operates equipment for production/processing operation. Measures and checks raw materials or parts to ensure product manufactured contains proper components, ingredients and quantities. Monitors controls to ensure machinery is running at proper levels during process, reporting malfunctions. Maintains records and manufacturing environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
