Oracle PPM Integration Solutions Manager

Work You'll Do As a Oracle PPM Integration Solutions Manager on the team, you will: Lead Oracle PPM workstreams across strategy, requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support. Advise clients on leading practices for project accounting, project costing, project billing, grants/capital project controls, and portfolio management. Drive workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state processes and functional requirements. Manage configuration and solution design decisions across Oracle PPM modules and related integrations with ERP, GL, procurement, HCM, and reporting platforms. Oversee testing, defect management, cutover planning, and business readiness activities. Manage project economics, risks, scope, timeline, and team performance for PPM-related deliverables. Coach junior practitioners and contribute to solution development, proposals, and practice initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to align Oracle PPM with broader finance and enterprise transformation objectives. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 6+ years' experience delivering Oracle-based transformations. 3+ years' experience with Oracle PPM Cloud and related project financial management processes. Experience leading at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements: Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance #J-18808-Ljbffr PowerToFly
