Job Description

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Mooresville, NC, is seeking a Sales/Customer Service Associates who love to meet people, make money and have fun!! You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is outstanding!

Responsibilities

• Sell Memberships and other Spa related services/products!
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends!
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services don't worry, we'll train you!
• Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
• Enthusiastic, Positive and High Energy Personality
• Uphold Spa cleanliness standards
• Bring a positive and highly energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned which include light cleaning activities

Qualifications

• Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be 16 years old or older
• Self Starter, take ownership of your success
• Driver's license and transportation to and from work
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient with Computer Utilization
• Word, Google Sheets and Excel skills
• Social Media prowess

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
