Job Details

• Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting in Gladstone, OR,
• AM shift, 8 hours per day,
• Uses InSync as the electronic medical record system,
• No on-call requirements,

Job Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license required; PT license required if applicable - candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full Oregon state licensure during the assignment,
• 1 professional reference required for consideration,
• SSN required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Candidates who previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler,
