Working closely with the Account Executives and SVP of Wholesale, this individual will help manage seasonal order flow, maintain accurate reporting, and provide top-tier service to our retail partners. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within the wholesale or sales function of a luxury brand. Support Account Executives and SVP of Wholesale with all aspects of seasonal and in-season account management. Maintain and update open order reports, assisting with order entry, follow-up, and logistics tracking. Assist in showroom preparations, sales appointments, and post-market recap reporting. Act as a liaison between sales, operations, logistics, planning, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution from order placement through delivery. Field client requests related to order status, shipping updates, product information, and inventory availability. Monitor order fulfillment and proactively identify issues such as late shipments, substitutions, and compliance challenges. Prepare weekly and ad hoc sales reports, analysis, and performance recaps for internal and external stakeholders. Help manage sample orders, showroom logistics, and special projects during sales campaigns and key market weeks. Ensure all wholesale partners are up to date with marketing assets, product information, and compliance documentation. Manage drop ship and marketplace execution in collaboration with Account Executives Must haves: 2–3 years of experience in wholesale sales or operations, i deally within the luxury or contemporary fashion space. Studies in Fashion Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills (including v-lookups, pivot tables); familiarity with NuORDER, ERP systems, and Skypad is a plus. Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a desire to grow within a sales organization. Passion for the fashion industry and understanding of the luxury fashion market. Ability to travel as needed. Why Join Us?
