Senior Additive Manufacturing Operations & Production Lead

University of Dayton is hiring a GL Sr. AM Operations Analyst. This role leads production planning and optimizes advanced manufacturing processes at the Advanced Technical Training Centers by monitoring process flows, managing ERP reporting, and coordinating a consolidated production master schedule. The analyst communicates project statuses to stakeholders and ensures outsourced processes meet deadlines. Highlights Lead production planning and reporting for advanced manufacturing processes. Monitor process efficiency using metric-driven solutions and Global Shop ERP systems. Identify inefficiencies and coordinate cross-group teams to implement solutions. Develop and submit metrics and analytics for internal and external stakeholders. Manage production master scheduling to optimize shared resources and project timelines. Communicate project status regularly with internal and external stakeholders. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience, 5+ years in project or operations management, Global Shop ERP proficiency, and additive manufacturing experience. Experience in supply chain, inventory management, and team leadership is required. Preferred qualifications include production control experience and promoting inclusive excellence.
