Mission Critical / Data Center Construction A leading mission critical contractor is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale data center projects across the United States. The Opportunity Joining a well-established contractor with a strong national presence in the data center market, you will be responsible for overseeing project superintendents, driving site performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale hyperscale and mission critical projects. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or General Superintendent looking to take ownership of major programs while helping develop the next generation of field leaders. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight to project superintendents and field teams. Drive site safety, quality control, and schedule performance. Coordinate all phases of construction including CSA, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities. Lead subcontractor engagement and field coordination efforts. Partner with project management teams to ensure successful project execution. Mentor and develop field staff and future leaders. Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners. Maintain accountability for overall site operations and project delivery. Support project turnover and commissioning activities through completion. Qualifications 15+ years of commercial construction experience. Significant experience delivering mission critical and/or data center projects. Proven leadership of large field teams and multiple superintendents. Strong understanding of structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning scopes. Experience delivering projects valued at $100M+. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel and lead projects across multiple locations as required. Industry-leading annual performance bonus.
